I purchased this kit to rewire my Flying V reissue guitar. The quality of the components is fantastic and made a HUGE difference in my guitar tone. Also, I was skeptical about the grounding plate, but this is a crazy improvement from before. No ground noise or hum at all. (Granted this guitar has humbuckers but prior it was a lot more noisy!) I recommend this kit to improve your Flying V. A+
I just bought two of these and have installed one. The pots were labeled 525K vs 500K, not sure how this affects the tone. The pots also seem to have an aggressive taper that rolls off abruptly from 10. The copper ground plate worked well. I'm happy with it and will install the other one soon.
